Dr. Sepalika Sudasinghe, Director General , National Science Foundation was invited for a guest speech for the Leadership Programme at National Institute of Mental Health, Sri Lanka aimed at In-charge Nursing Officers which was held on 29.10.2025. She emphasized that Practice is the hardest part of learning and noted that true leadership is not about personally accomplishing the greatest tasks, but about enabling others to achieve excellence. In this context, she highlighted the vital role Nursing In-Charges play in ensuring high-quality patient care. This was held at the Education Unit Hall, National Institute of Mental Health, Sri Lanka.
