Showcasing talents of the students and the final round of the NSF Science Competition 2023

School Science Competition (SSC) has been conducted by the National Science Foundation annually targeting school children since 2008. This competition aims at creating students’ interest in learning science with STEAM approach and improve their science communication skills.  The selected theme of the year 2023 was “STEAM education for better future”.  The final round of role play, song, Virindu and manual poster competitions were held on 9th November 2023 at the National Museum premises coincide with the National Science Exposition 2023 which was held from 8th -10th November 2023.  Twenty teams of students from different schools covering all the provinces of the country participated in the virindu, song and role play competitions while 250 students competed at the poster competition. All the students who participated in the final round were accoladed with certificates of participation at the closing ceremony of the National Science Exposition 2023 which was held on 10th November. The winners of the competitions will be announced in the near future.
