Calling for Applications - Research Fellow and Research Scientist
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is conducting a Research Programme on Health Science (RPHS) to address major issues related to cancer, diabetes, dengue and CKDu through a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach. This Programme on completion is expected to provide tangible outputs and outcomes and thereby solutions to the issues addressed.

The Programme is implemented through institutional partnerships, both government institutions and the private sector, and will facilitate the integration of information and knowledge in decision making.

The NSF is looking for a suitable Research Fellow and a Research Scientist having proven writing and analytical skills to coordinate the Research Programme on Health Science in collaboration with the two NSF Research Fellows who are spearheading the Research Programme on Health Science. The Research Fellow and the Research Scientist will collaborate/assist them in  the Coordination of the RPHS including preparation of the required reports, organize and participate in Brainstorming and other meetings with expert scientists, participate in regular field visits to assess progress of projects on site and organize public awareness Programmes.

This assignment will initially be for a period of 06 months, to be renewed depending on performance.
